The employees of Verwey GmbH are a 40-member expert team from real estate management. The size of our medium-sized company allows us to position ourselves extensively in the industry: We are a service provider for banks and funds and we also take care of all the needs of individual owners and owners' associations.
All client groups benefit from our company being on the market for 40 years: The company was founded on 01 October 1973 by Hans Verwey in the limited partnership legal form with six employees in Duisburg. The development of the following years and decades was marked by growth. The Neuss, Düsseldorf / Erkrath and Berlin branches were added one by one. This location structure has been in place since the nineties.
Our headquarters are located in Duisburg in the Schlägelstraße where our employees work together with the affiliated law firm Stefan Bens in offices on three floors. Verwey GmbH is a family-run business. The second generation took over the management in 2009 following the founder who is today still active in the company as the advisory board chairperson.
Parallel to the development of the company, our range of services has also evolved so that today, we operate with a wide range of clients from real estate professionals and private individuals.
